AudioRealism is a company based in Uppsala, Sweden founded by Mike Janney (M.Sc, Engineering Physics). Our goal is to produce audio software and synthesizers using top notch DSP methods.
1998 Developing of Freebee software synthesizer amongst other tools as a spare time project aiming to emulate the classic Bass Line synthesizer.
2002 Unfinished standalone version of Freebee released for free on the internet. Very well received amongst users all over the world. Many requests for a VST version that can be used with modern sequencers.
2003 AudioRealism founded. New version of Freebee in development with engine rewritten from scratch featuring improved filter and control signal model.
