|Hello Everyone, I am knew to this forum. I have a problem with ADM not making sound in Logic Studio 9, even though the sequencer lights are running. I am going to post the support email below which I had sent to audiorealism support over a week ago and still haven't heard back so I thought I would try here.
Original support email:
I purchased your abl2/adm bundle last week. At first i downloaded the demos to make sure they would work, then i purchased.
after purchase I downloaded the 64-bit beta versions, installed them, then opened them in Logic studio 9. They au manager successfully validated them. When i opened them up in two separate soft. instrument channels, the authorization codes did not work. i thought that maybe there was an issue with the 64-bit version and my system since i am running snow leopard, not lion or mountain lion. I am running the latest update for logic studio 9, and i have a 2.4 GHZ intel core 2 duo iMac running snow leopard 10.6.8 latest update.
next i manually deleted the files from the proper folders in my HD's "Library" folder to insure a clean uninstall/reinstall.
next i downloaded and installed the 32-bit versions of both programs.
I was able to open AND authorize (yay!) both abl2 and adm within logic running in 64-bit mode, using the 32-bit audio bridge... abl2 works perfectly and sounds fantastic, but for some reason, when I opened ADM for the first time, it made sound, but when i try to open it in stereo or multi, at any time after the first time, when I press the adm play button, the lights in the sequencer run like normal, but no sound is heard and no audio level within logic or my NI Komplete Audio 6 hardware audio interface is visible. This also happens when i run adm in 32-bit logic mode without having to use the 32-bit audio bridge. Abl2 works perfect in both 32 and 64-bit logic.
To do some troubleshooting, I re-deleted all the proper files in "library" and re-installed 32-bit adm, re-authorized, and the same result:
emits sound on the first launch, but when i close it out of the plug in (no plug in) and re-open it, there is no sound. neither stereo or multi, nor 32 or 64 bit logic.
As a final temp solution, I re-deleted everything, then re-installed the 32-bit demo version of ADM, and when i launch it, instead of authorizing it, i run it in demo mode.
In demo mode, it always makes sounds no problem, and i can sample them to use in my music. Don't want to do that as it interrupts the creative process, but I have no choice and i did pay for the program after all.
Please Help! Any idea on how this can be fixed???
Thank you very much for your time.

If anybody could please help me out I will be most grateful. Thank you!!!
