Hello!

I have only just got into recording electronic music - so I'm a bit of a novice. I have a new imac intel with 4GB Ram running snow lepoard OS. My imac goes through an Apogee Duet into some nEar 05 monitors. I am running Logic 9 Studio also..

So I have an ok setup and have started writing some tracks. My biggest problem is that I need a roland TR-808 and a TB-303. Needless to say I was really shocked to see how much they go for on ebay. I thought / hoped they might go for £400 / £500 Embarassed

So I stumbeled onto the ABL2 and the ADM which look great. However being such a novice - would I be able to get these working in Logic 9 ok? Do any of you guys use Logic 9? Please forgive my lack of knowledge but could somone give me a quick guide to getting things up and running, for example.

1. purchase ABL2
2. Install it and accept defaults
3. Run Logic 9.
4. select new plug in
5. record it by hitting record. Is there any way to sync the bassline - or do you just do it hit and miss.

Many thanks for any help. Any advice would be really aprechiated. Wink
