No really. The original feature request for Nepheton was for the 808 trigger noise, something well within the realm of an 808 emulator. So I'd like to forward it as a feature suggestion for ADM also. As far as I know the trigger out is triggered from the RS/Clave.

Well the trigger signal really is just a pulse, ofcourse you can filter that and do whatever you want and even make a usable sound out of it, but I think it would be alot easier to just trigger a sample or something instead.
Its possible to make Zap sounds with ADM as it is, just take a sound like the Maracas and activate the PCF on that sound alone with the filter at high resonance, short attack.

I've always loved that sound. Never knew that it was an 808 trigger.

I usually make it with a really short, high pitched sine wave on my Machinedrum. I've made them with the Roland MC-202 as well.

The 808 trigger sound is not a lazer zap sound.

A trigger is a short pulse. Recording it via soundcard gives some oscillation, more of a thump.

Do all triggers sound the same? If so, I'll just record the one on my TR-626.
